Act as the main interface to the customer: process all types of quotes, enquiries and orders and respond to them within 24 hours.
Receive and process/distribute different kinds of customer enquiries (technical, commercial, quality) and collaborate with different departments across the company.
Understand future customer needs and market trends (project pipeline, forecasts)
Proactively liaise with other departments (cross-border) to ensure that internal & external customer requirements are met at all times
Maintain accurate and up to date files for all your business documents and correspondence
Initiate and follow up actions to requests arising from related departments (Field Sales, Application Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance)
