Description
The Sales Support Coordinator will coordinate sales activities in support of the Sales Team while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role is responsible for developing and preparing sales support materials and tools, facilitating order processing and credit term requirements, entering and managing orders within the Apprise Business System, and ensuring orders are followed through to completion. The position also serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively communicating verbally and in writing, resolving issues efficiently and accurately, supporting meetings and team initiatives, and exercising sound independent judgment to ensure a positive customer experience.
