Sales Contract Assistant - 20-24u/week

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Sales Contract Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support for vendor onboarding processes, including managing and completing customer vendor forms. 
  • Ensuring accurate registration on customer portals in compliance with internal guidelines
  • Coordinate complex questionnaires with relevant stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding or registration challenges
  • Internal communication to stakeholders on all above
