The opportunity is to join a provider of IT managed services into clients with multi-country sites. They are one of the only UK businesses capable of delivering this for mid-market (2,000-10,000 users) sized customers.
The role is to work alongside 10 in-house SDRs and marketing who provide hot leads. You will then qualify and close these. You will also be responsible for cross selling into existing customers where appropriate. It is not a cold calling role. You will engage with circa 10-15 targeted new prospects per week, all produced through the internal lead gen engine.
The business has adopted a unique approach of genuine consultative selling and therefore this is a no commissioned role with a high base salary. It is designed to encourage this behaviour (i.e. sell the best solution for the customer rather than quick wins to hit sales quotas).
