Primary Objective
Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing (PF) products to achieve business KPIs and deliver superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit and promote sales of PF products
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to Group targets
- Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self-generated leads
- Set appointments and carry out sales call visits as necessary; prospect early engagement with new-to-bank customers
- Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, Credit cards, etc.
- Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with the Bank's quality and compliance standards
- Protect the image and brand of the Bank
- Ensure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained
