Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable sleep solutions
Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries
Prepare quotations and close sales effectively
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Ensure showroom displays and standards are maintained
Represent the company at exhibitions, promotional events and trade shows when required
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets Requirements: Previous retail or showroom sales experience
Confident, energetic and customer-focused approach
Strong communication, relationship-building and closing skills
Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Experience within furniture, home décor, bedding or related industries would be advantageous
Own transport preferred
