Position: Top Sales Performers High Base Salary and Uncapped Commissions (Cebu)
Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu City

Shift: No Fixed Schedule

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a top sales performer in previous roles, consistently surpassing sales targets and earning recognition or awards for outstanding performance
• Strong sales abilities, including relationship development, negotiation, and closing sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Upon regularization:
  • 10 Vacation Leaves (VL)
  • 10 Sick Leaves (SL)
  • 5 Emergency Leaves (EL)
• HMO Health Insurance starting on the 4th month (coverage for the employee plus one free dependent)
