About the Role

As a Vans Sales Associate, you’re the energy that keeps the store alive. You’ll welcome customers, share your product knowledge, and help them find the perfect pair. You’ll assist in visual merchandising, restock shelves, manage daily inventory, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, on-brand shopping experience. Every day, you’ll represent the Vans vibe — confident, creative, and community-driven.

Requirements

Male or Female with a confident, friendly vibe

High School graduate or College undergraduate

At least 6 months of sales experience (retail background a plus)

Passion for style, street culture, and connecting with people

Team player with good communication skills
