Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join McKibben Powersports of Lake Wales as a Sales Representative. This role position requires a strong background in sales, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering product knowledge.

Identify and understand customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.

Promote powersports products and services to potential customers, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase boat models, features, and benefits.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and close deals.
