Purpose

To provide customers with a personable, knowledgeable, and luxury level of customer service, with a particular interest or experience in jewellery. All sales opportunities should be maximised to achieve and strive to exceed personal, team, and store KPIs and targets. The role involves working as part of a team, supporting peers, seniors, and new starters. The candidate will represent the Liberty brand through behaviour, actions, and adherence to company standards
