Position: Membership Sales Associate (Hourly + Commission)
Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00/hour base + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships
- Assist guests in choosing wash options and upgrades
- Achieve daily and monthly membership sales goals
- Maintain a fast, friendly, and positive guest experience
- Support basic car wash operations as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability and willingness to learn
- Must be able to work weekends
