Job Description

Role Purpose: Responsible to handle the administrative budget and a variety of administrative tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. Provides support to sales and marketing team, preparing reports and working as a facilitator. Gather materials and assemble information packages (, brochures, promotional materials). Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software involved in the sales process. Answer partners questions about property facilities/services (, hours of operation, room types, promotions, entertainment, restaurants and special events). Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
