Job Description
  • Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation
  • Support in project documentation submission
  • Support order processing and follow up on order status, deliveries and invoicing
  • Maintain and update sales & project records, customer databases and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution
  • Assist in organizing customer meetings, demos and sales events
  • Support market research, competitor analysis and customer data collection
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
  • Basic understanding of sales operations or business administration
  • Willingness to learn about technical products and B2B sales processes
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
