Job Objective
Directs and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit. Establish a long‑term client partnership and plan sales strategies. Ensures efficient and profitable operations, setting sales targets, managing inventory, and pricing items. They train and supervise staff, fostering a productive work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
- Implement sales/collection strategies and action plans.
- Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
- Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customers and other relevant information as required by the management.
