DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
2. Drive daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
3. Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
4. Build relationship with regular customers and manage special requests or bulk orders.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
6. Ensure all products are fresh well displayed, and properly labeled with prices.
7. Track best-selling items and adjust purchasing or display strategies accordingly.
8. Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customer and other relevant information as required by the management.
9. Lead, guides, and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.
10. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
