Key Responsibilities

Sales Analysis & Reporting (Primary Focus)

• Analyze sales performance across legal entity, markets, stores, and products
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
• Identify sales trends, growth patterns, and performance gaps
• Support management with insights on revenue, returns, and sales mix
• Compare sales vs targets and highlight variances
• Assist in improving sales visibility through dashboards and Excel reporting

Functional Support & Issue Resolution

• Serve as the first point of contact for Business Central functional issues and user queries
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day ERP-related issues
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for process improvement
• Escalate technical issues to development teams or implementation partners when required
