Prepare and process necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and lease records. 
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). 
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role (advantageous). 
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
Knowledge of real estate laws, local property market, and industry trends. 
Proficiency in using CRM software and online marketing tools.
