Under direct supervision you will be responsible for managing relationships with Mi Way’s affiliate partners and converting affiliate-generated leads into sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers referred through affiliate channels, and ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. As an affiliate agent you will be handling multi-channel communication, support policy queries, and contributing to sales and service excellence.
