Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue sales quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Follow up with customers on quotation status and updates.
Coordinate with the sales team on pricing, product information, and order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries professionally.
Assist in preparing reports, sales data, and administrative paperwork.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments when required.
Ensure timely submission and tracking of quotations and purchase orders.
Support general office administrative duties.
Requirements
Diploma / Nitec / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or quotation preparation preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
