Sales Administrator

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with customers, vendors, suppliers and related parties.

• Work with Sales Manager(s) to monitor, update and report status of sales orders for both active and forecasted sales orders, and where required, take necessary actions.

• Expedite orders ensuring customer delivery expectations are met.

• Coordinate and manage customs clearance for shipments to ensure timely processing.

• Follow up the logistics for physical materials.

• Ensure data integrity in ERP system through weekly and monthly reporting.

• Follow up purchase and sales invoices until payment is completed.

• Implement effective communications with internal customers and stakeholders
