Our client is a sizable MNC owning multi-luxury beauty brands with business around the world.
Involve in the entire sales order process, data entry, invoicing & payment, shipment, etc.
Handle returning goods and work with warehouse for returning process
Work closely with Singapore office for replenishment as well as monitor shipment schedule to fulfil the needs in Hong Kong
Follow up inbound and outbound shipment from overseas and local suppliers as well as provide support on customers declaration with forwarders and logistics/warehouse team
Assist in performing month end closing
Compile sales adjustment and inventory report on a regular basis
Requirement: :
High school or above
2+ years’ experience in sales order and inbound & outbound coordination
Good in operating MS Excel & Word
Good in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
