            Roles & Responsibilities  Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to achieve the annual sales target. 
Assist the Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with the preparation of monthly sales reports. 
Engage customers to secure orders and arrange for on time delivery. 
Prepare quotations for customers using the ERP System and ensure accurate pricing of products. 
Process sale orders, production orders, pick lists and purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner. 
Handle purchasing by obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and following up on order confirmations and delivery schedules. 
Monitor and plan product inventory levels, liaise with suppliers for timely supply/replenishment of inventory. 
Work with suppliers to resolve any quality issue with their products or short delivery issues. 
Liaise with Logistics personnel on stock and delivery issues.
