We are seeking an Sales Admin / Assistant to join our team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. This full-time role will provide essential administrative and sales support to our growing business, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, invoicing, and customer record management
Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, handling queries in a courteous and service-oriented manner
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports.
Assisting with logistics arrangements, communicating with logistics companies, and maintaining delivery records, including chasing customer acknowledgements, checking documents, and obtaining signatures for confirmation
