Job Description

• Manage and reconcile a high volume of sales data, ensuring accuracy across systems (Sales System, POS, and cash deposits/online transactions).
• Prepare and analyze sales reports as required by management.
• Record sales journal entries, including reconciliation of petty cash expenses from store operations.
• Perform other sales-related accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology (CPA is an advantage).
• Experience in managing and reconciling sales data and preparing sales reports.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., data management, analysis, reporting, and reconciliations).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
