Prepare writing routine correspondences.
Coordinate sales-related details before and after the sale.
Answers phones, make follow-up calls with prospective clients, and hold meetings with clients to book an event.
Follow through client requests and ensure proper endorsement to concerned parties.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate marketing activities such as exhibits, trade shows, sales blitzes, quarterly hotel events, etc.
