Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting available properties/units to prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries, conduct site tours, and present leasing terms.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documents.
• Coordinate with property management for tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Ensure accurate records of tenants, contracts, and payments.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
• Support leasing targets and contribute to occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any Business Course
• At least 1 year of experience as Sales Executive or equivalent with good communications skills and pleasing personality.
