Account Management
- Manage existing MPS and IT clients
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Handle inquiries and close outright purchases
- Prepare quotations and coordinate delivery
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Reporting
- Submit monthly sales performance updates
- Support collection coordination when required
