            Job Responsibilities  Act as intermediaries between ship owners and charterers or vessel sellers and buyers 
Initiate a business deal to potential clients, negotiate the terms of a contract or sale, and finalize the details of the contract 
 Requirements  Preferred Owner / Charterer / Trader background for chartering brokers 
Preferred experience with SNP for SNP broker 
Fluent in English is a must 
A good negotiator with good communication skills 
Strong commercial acumen and a dynamic personality to plan, work and deliver 
An ethical and professional code of conduct in handling confidential information and closing deals 
Preferred Degree / MBA holder with at least 2 years of shipping experience
