The work force of TEMG is categorized into two groups; the unionized and Non-unionised.
The unionized staff are represented by a a local union (GTPCWU) with an affiliation with the T.U.C and the mainstay of the Union-Management relationship is the collective
Agreement (CA). There is a generally harmonious industrial environment, albeit with a few disagreements on pertinent issues from time to time.
The Non-unionised staff are covered by a Management Terms and Condition of service.
