How you will contribute?
Proactively motivate and lead a Team of Managers to achieve planned targets and ensure deadlines are met by providing guidance and encouragement
Support the delivery and monitor and report the operational daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly KPI’s with a lens on data led decisions
Support and lead a proactive approach to health , safety and wellbeing ensuring the Team comply with Health and Safety policies & reporting
Analyse Performance reports, making recommendation for improvements based on fact that can be clearly presented and articulated to the Customer
Provide a responsive & professional service to customers and the Wincanton Team
Review team performance by regular review including the use of a Personal Development Review
Manage performance, timekeeping, attendance, overtime and sickness levels of individual colleagues and action as per procedures
