This is for Michels Energy Holdings (subsidiary of Michels Corporation). This group provides safety oversight / management for the build of substation foundation, inside electrical, substation itself and often times ties ins for BESS, Solar, Wind, Data Centers, etc. Essentially an Owner's rep but they sub out the work to Michels Power who is a subsidiary of Michels that builds the projects. Will be the full time site safety rep overseeing sub contractors (Michels Power) for major EPC projects. This need is for T-line build projects. There is a major T-Line build project starting this year. 1)Northland Reliability Project, T-line refers to a major proposed high-voltage electric transmission line being developed by Minnesota Power and Great River Energy.
