About the Role

You will lead the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program while managing site services and facilities operations —ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth warehouse/supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OSH program aligned with DOLE standards
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRAC/JHA)
• Monitor contractors and enforce safety compliance
• Handle incident reporting and documentation (DOLE compliance)
• Support facilities operations & preventive maintenance
• Coordinate vendors, projects, and procurement activities
• Ensure safe and efficient site operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / OSH / related field
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2/SO3/SO4)
• 3+ years experience in OSH / Facilities / Logistics / Manufacturing
