Recruitment Officer

HR Assistant GOMECO Group of Companies

• Implement and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training programs
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities
• Assist in the development and execution of emergency response plans and drills
• Coordinate with management and government agencies on safety compliance
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization
