Under limited supervision as an independent worker, provide leadership and direction for the development of safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and the reinforcement of EH&S KPIs and deliverables. Collaborate in the development and implementation of EH&S policies and programs. Lead and conduct safety assessments and provide EH&S subject matter guidance to BU Leaders, supervisors, first-aiders, and other functional teams. Develop and deliver EH&S training programs to all levels of management and employees plant wide.
