We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to plan, implement, and manage safety programs across multiple construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and accident-free work environment while promoting a strong culture of safety among all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs in compliance with OSHA and federal, state, and local regulations

Conduct new hire safety orientations, training sessions, and ongoing safety education

Participate in project planning to ensure safety is integrated into all work activities

Review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and ensure hazards are addressed prior to work

Perform regular job site safety inspections and enforce safe work practices

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; recommend corrective actions
