Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and authority requirements, including Dubai Municipality and OSHA standards where applicable.
• Conduct and review risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
• Ensure all high‑risk activities such as lifting, working at height, and confined space are properly controlled.
• Develop and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and inductions for employees and subcontractors.
• Lead and manage a team of safety officers and supervisors.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain records as per legal requirements.
