What you will do - Lead and manage WSH compliance across multiple construction projects in accordance with MOM and statutory requirements
- Develop, implement, and review WSH policies, risk assessments, safe work procedures, and safety management systems
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Liaise closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on all safety-related matters
