Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Lead to support construction operations at a project in Goodyear, AZ. This individual will be responsible for promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.

• Lead and support all onsite safety initiatives and compliance efforts


• Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and hazard assessments


• Monitor field operations to ensure safe work practices are followed


• Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and new hire orientations
