The SHE Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. This role aims to protect the well-being of employees, contractors, and visitors, uphold regulatory standards, and promote a culture of safety across all organizational levels. The SHE Officer will work closely with operations, logistics, and engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks, reduce incidents, and ensure continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
