The Safety Coordinator will support a subcontractor on a confidential data center construction project, promoting a strong safety culture and guiding workers to perform their tasks safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and site policies.
Responsibilities

+ Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across the construction site by guiding workers and supervisors toward safe work practices.

+ Monitor daily construction activities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and project-specific requirements.

+ Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and following up on corrective actions.

+ Support the development and communication of job hazard analyses and safe work plans for construction activities.
