Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking a Safety Associate to join our team. This role supports the day‑to‑day health and safety activities across our manufacturing operations and plays an important role in promoting a safe, compliant, and proactive safety culture. The Safety Associate works closely with managers, supervisors, Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) members, and employees to help ensure safety programs, training, and procedures are followed consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety Support:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of company health & safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support compliance with WorkSafeBC, CSA standards, and occupational health & safety regulations.
- Assist with maintaining safety documentation, incident reports, and training records.
