The Safety Administrator will work within the Safety department and will report to the Director of Safety. They will work closely with the safety team and project teams. The Safety Administrator is responsible for supporting the written safety programs, procedures, and requirements of the safety department. The safety department as well as the project teams depend on the support from this role to ensure that safety policies, procedures, and practices are adhered by. This position is fully onsite at our office located in Lake Oswego, OR.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Establishing and maintaining department records and files
+ Updating project safety documents, recording meetings, filing, mailing, and distributing safety correspondence
+ Coordinate Trainings
