Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales across SADC countries
  • Build and maintain distributor and partner relationships
  • Drive sell-in and sell-through performance regionally
  • Set and execute country-specific sales strategies
  • Manage pricing, margins, and commercial agreements
  • Monitor distributor performance, stock, and forecasts
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand footprint
  • Coordinate supply chain and stock alignment across borders
  • Travel regionally to support partner engagement

Non-negotiable requirements:

  • 3 5 years proven experience in multi-country / regional sales management (SADC or African markets)
  • Strong background in channel/distributor-led sales environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage country-level distributors and partner networks
