FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare and propose to the Board of Directors the annual program of the Chair's activities with the advice of the Advisory Council and in accordance with the Chair's strategy.
• Prepare the budget and manage it.
• Prepare the report for the current year and the action plan for the following year and present them to the Board of Directors for approval.
• Periodically inform the Board of Directors of the execution of the annual plan.
