FUNCTIONS:
Prepare and propose to the Board of Directors the annual program of the Chair's activities with the advice of the Advisory Council and in accordance with the Chair's strategy.
Prepare the budget and manage it.
Prepare the report for the current year and the action plan for the following year and present them to the Board of Directors for approval.
