**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Group President, the **General Manager – Asia, RYOBI** is a senior leader responsible for driving the **full P&L performance, strategic growth, and market expansion of the RYOBI brand across Asia** .

This role will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive regional business strategy, including product, marketing, distribution, and commercial execution. As a key member of the global leadership team, this individual will own the end-to-end business across Asia, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy while tailoring approaches to local market dynamics.
