Programme features - 12‑month secondment at one of our partner organisations
- On‑the‑job experience working in high profile Emirates NBD departments and projects
- Training from premium universities and organisations including INSEAD and PwC

- Open to all UAE Nationals with no or very limited work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or higher (all majors)
