About The Role
We are seeking a RTV (Return to Vendor) Assistant to join our RMA department and to assist in order processing, order entry and other duties as assigned. This position will be based in Secaucus, NJ
What You Will Do
Count, sort and verify all incoming returned products to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoicesExamine the returned items to verify conformance to specificationsProcess orders; receive orders, close orders and heavy data entry responsibilitiesWork with Warehouse department on storage of returned particles according to identifying informationCompiles information and reports on use of stock, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to stock, location changes and etc.Acquire approvals from management to process RMAs for replacement / creditCoordinate the availability of parts for shipping and communicate with both internal departments and e...
