Role Purpose

The RTR Latam Supervisor – Transformation is responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant end‑to‑end financial accounting activities across assigned countries. This role drives excellence in the Record‑to‑Report process, supporting month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and internal controls.
