Due to continued growth within the Motor department, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Executive to join its award-winning and market-leading team.

Role

• Handle a caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims files
• Manage claims involving personal injury, credit hire and liability disputes
• Progress files independently from instruction through to resolution
• Conduct investigations and gather key evidence
• Liaise directly with clients, insurers and third parties
• Work closely with a Technical Supervisor on more complex issues
• Deliver high standards of client service and case progression
